TERMS & CONDITIONS

Luxury Flower walls prices include professional installation and break-down.

Economy flower walls prices do not include installation: they are DYI ("do you it yourself").

Late night pick-up fees:

Broward County:

FREE pick-up before 8pm.

$30 pick-up 8pm -10:30pm.

$50 pick-up 10:45pm - 12am

$80 pick-up 12:15am-2am

 

Miami-Dade County (except Homestead/Palmetto Bay/Redlands: see below):

$30 pick-up before 8pm.

$50 pick-up after 8pm -10:30pm.

$80 pick-up 10:45pm - 12am

$100 pick-up 12:15am-2am

Palm Beach County:

$30 pick-up before 8pm.

$50 pick-up after 8pm -10:30pm.

$80 pick-up 10:45pm - 12am

$100 pick-up 12:15am-2am

Homestead / Palmetto Bay / Redlands:

Because of the distance and driving conditions at night, we require a minimum order of $1000 to serve those locations.

Contact us to inquire about other South Florida locations (logging fees may be required before 8am and after 8pm)

Reserving your Event Date:

A signed rental agreement along with a 50% non-refundable deposit of your invoice is required for us to save your date.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event. The terms for final payment may be negotiable at the discretion of The Flower Wall Miami Co.

Economy flowers wall rentals require an additional $150 refundable security deposit.

Accepted Payments:
We accept Credit Card through Paypal.
We also accept cash and bank checks (no personal checks).

Cancellation Policy:
Since we are a boutique company we only accept one to 2 events per day. Once the rental Agreement is signed and your event date is reserved we will decline any requests from other potential clients on your date and time.
If cancellation are made before the final payment is due the deposit will not be refunded.
Any cancellations made after the final payment but before 14 days prior your event will receive a refund minus the non-refundable  deposit.
If cancellation is made 14 days prior to your event, you will be charged the full rental rate plus any delivery/install fees.
No refund will be given if the event is cancelled due to weather or other circumstances out of our control.

Rental Policy:
Any damaged flower/grass panel will incur a fee of $50 per panel.
Our flower walls are created with the best quality of silk flowers and a free standing frame. In the event of extreme weather (ex: strong winds), The Flower Wall Miami Co. reserves the right to use extra measures to secure the flower wall, as invisible and discrete as possible.

All Flower Walls must be available for pick-up at the agreed date and time.

Any permits  needed are the responsibility of the renter. The renter hereby accepts full responsibility from the time of delivery to the time of pick up. The Flower Wall Miami Co /Something Sweet Events & Décor is not responsible for any personal injury or damage caused by the misuse of the equipment. Hold Harmless: the renter assumes all risk inherent in the operation and use of the rented equipment by themselves and anyone else. The renter assumes the entire responsibility for the defense of, and to pay, indemnity. And hold us Harmless from, and release us from any and all claims for damage to property or bodily injury (including death), or loss of time and inconvenience resulting from  the use or possession of rental equipment, whether or not it be claimed or found that such damage or injury resulted in whole or part from our negligence, from the defective condition of the rented equipment or from any cause.
